Students at North Grafton Elementary School will no longer have to sit on rotting logs during their nature hikes, thanks to the amazing work put in by Kevin and his volunteers. Kevin created 5 benches in manufacturing class at school, and with help from his friends, family and members of Troop 107 he installed them in a clearing along a nature trail behind NGES. After clearing the branches, weeds, and poison ivy from the area, the benches were staked to the ground. Then the scouts dug a hole to hold the sign that Kevin also created in his manufacturing class. Overall a very successful morning’s work that will benefit children at NGES for many years. Great Job Kevin!
